Beautiful and modern apartment located in a trendy and mixed area of the City. With a surface area of 61 m2, it can accommodate up to 4 people (2 queen size beds). The space The rental price includes sales (GST, QST) and lodging taxes. These taxes are added in the Occupancy taxes and fees section. Other features to consider - This unit is located on ground floor on a busy street. - Note that heating is available from +-October to +-May and air conditioning is available from +-June to +-September. - Note that we include 2 coffee capsules per person/stay to allow our customers to start their stay hassle-free. - No bicycles are allowed in the rental units. Please contact the owner to find the appropriate place to store your bike or any other. - No parking included but several possibilities in the surroundings. - It will be a self check-in, the check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is no later than 11 am on the day of departure. Additional fees for late check-out. Housing: - You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, space, functionality, and high-quality equipment. - The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the ground floor.
