Open floor plan. The living room boasts a cozy couch and 55" smart tv complete with internet and cable. The bedroom is complete with a queen size bed and comfortable bedding. Full bathroom and small toiletries are provided along with a kitchen, dining table, and kitchen snacks. This unit is heated/cooled with your own ptac unit (similar to those in hotels) So you are free to adjust it however you need. Ceiling fans are also located in each room. Parking is located under the carport. A similar set up is located on the right side. If this side is booked for the dates you are looking for, please contact us about the right side or look up "Lillie's Place" Guest access You have access to all parts of the left side of the duplex and one parking space under the carport. You also have access to the left side of the back patio. Other things to note Please be mindful that this is a duplex and there may be people staying on the other side. Please do not have frequent guests stay over and be mindful that the parking is shared with the other side of the duplex. While we are fully aware that people get away to enjoy themselves, please be respectful of any other guests. Likewise, please let us know if there are any problems with your stay immediately in order to give us a chance to resolve those issues as they occur!
