The club House is extremely careful and cautious about being cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We understand the importance of staying Healthy that’s why we use 40-80 First Defense (Hospital Grade/ Covid 19 DISINFECTANT plus Clorox Clean up bleach DISINFECTANT after each guest to ensure not to spread any illnesses or Diseases! We are also equipped with a fully automatic whole house propane generator and will never lose power due to PGE electrical shut downs "THE CLUBHOUSE" -We ask that you please treat our home with Respect as you would your own home. 1. Please clean pots & pans and place remaining dishes in the dishwasher and start it. (detergent is under the sink) This helps our cleaners prepare for the next guests. 2. Please remove all used bed-sheets and pillow cases and place them on the beds for the cleaners to wash. 3. Please place all used towels on the floor in front of washing machine. 4. There is an outside security camera to confirm your check in & check out. The doorbell ring system allows you to contact us shall you need too. -Our home sleeps 8 people MAX NO MORE!!! If we find there are more than the 8 guests allowed the charges are $100.00 per person + additional cleaning fees!!! There is a strict NO PET Policy due to the allergic reactions that many people have, including ourselves. -We pay cleaners to clean our home and they charge us an extra fee if the home is extra messy when guests depart from their stay. -There is a strict NO SMOKING policy inside “The Clubhouse” If we detect any kind of smoke inside “The Clubhouse”. You can smoke outside on the deck. We provided an ashtray for that if you choose to do so. You need to please be aware of the surroundings as it’s a forestry area when smoking as things are very dry & can ignite with a flick of an ash or a bud not properly extinguished. -We ask that you place all furniture back to the original places. -We hope that you will understand our terms and conditions before renting “The Clubhouse”. - We want to provide a nice clean home for you to enjoy your stay as well as the next guests that come in after you leave. -Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance. Everything in our home is there for you to use. Some of the items include Linens, Towels, Beach Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Lotion, Laundry Soap, Coffee & several verities of creamer for your liking. Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Bedding, Blow Dryer, Pots, Pans, Blender, Rice Cooker, Cookie Sheet, Can Opener, Bottle opener .Gas BBQ Crock Pot, Dinner Plates, Cups, Bowls, Utensils, Wine Glasses, Toddler Cups, Mixing Bowls & More. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any reason we are here to answer any questions you might have. We want you to be comfortable in our home while you are here to visit. We hope you enjoy your stay and will be very happy! There are 3 different areas PML falls under; There are owner occupied homes, part time homes, or vacationers. Everyone we've experienced in PML or Groveland has been very nice and courteous, we ask that you do the same. -There is a YARTS bus that stops in Groveland and goes into Yosemite National Park (information provided at your stay) -If you're accessing the park The Grill (located at the country club) is a great place for a meal with a view, and the prices are very affordable. -Breakfast at The Groveland Hotel in town is very good, the inside is nice, and the prices are good. -If you're looking for a great Pizza for dine-in or take out Two Guys Pizza and Pizza Factory are great, you really can't go wrong with either choice. -Looking to stay in and prepare your own meals? The Main Street Market in town (only few miles away) has everything you need. We recommend the deli counter in the back for any marinated meats you need, they have a great selection. - Groveland is also home of the oldest standing bar in California, The Iron Door Saloon. The bar is actually a historical landmark, so if you're looking for a few drinks, food, and want to bring your kids along you can. - Lastly, if you're wanting to take in the town and what it has to offer, like some of what is mentioned above, we recommend parking at an available area and just walking around the fun town. There are shops, antiques, boutiques, coffee bar, and eateries to experience. $41 per car required at the Pine Mountain Lake Security entrance gate to access the amenities within our gated community such as; -Championship 18 hole golf course, driving range, pro shop, Country Club bar and restaurant -6 lighted tennis courts -Pickle-ball Courts -Swimming pool -Equestrian Center offering horse rentals, trail rides and lessons -Archery range -Shooting range -Hiking/Biking trails -Boat Rentals -Fishing Other fun things to do near Groveland are Kennedy meadows Lake Don Pedro Rainbow pool Hetch Hecthy resivoir, (is more hiking and sight seeing but very interesting..)
