Zaale Homestay (Room 1)

Nestled in the foothills of Mt. Elgon, our homestay is surrounded by green mountains bursting with fresh fruits and vegetables. The homestay is comprised of a shared common space, 7 private rooms, complimentary mosquito nets, free local coffee, and a competent chef who cooks three meals a day. The Zaale homestay allows for an authentic cultural experience with the perks of western amenities. Hospitality is very important to us, and we are eager to assist in any and all your endeavors. The space *Beds are very fluid and we can easily add more or change the type of bed in your room as requested. Please contact us before if you require extra beds, as their availability depends on the number of guests present. *We have our own coffee farm and roast our own beans. You are welcome to join us in coffee roasting as well as learning how to prepare local dishes. As Bubiita is a small village, we are close with the surrounding families and are happy to help you make connections if you please. Other things to note This room does not have a bathroom attached. The bathroom for this room is private and located directly across the courtyard.
