Bright, breezy, coastal cottage located in the main village of New Plymouth. Originally built in the late 1860s but completely renovated and modern. Situated on the main shore road with a view of the beautiful harbour. Minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and the beaches. Air conditioned throughout, main bed and bath downstairs, second bedroom (twin beds, air mattress or convertible to a King upon request.) with full shower and bathroom upstairs. The space Beautiful open porch with views of the harbour entrance. Have breakfast with sea breezes lightly wafting the smell of coffee for an island experience. There are ceiling fans to enhance the ambiance. Downstairs air conditioned Master Bedroom and a separate bathroom. Open design living area and full service kitchen with breakfast counter and three stools. Internet with cable television service. No landline telephone so bring your cellular phone. Running water from Government supply. Upstairs features two single beds and a full shower cum bathroom. An Inflatable Beds is available as is a crib/playpen for a small child. Launderette features a very adequate washer/drier. Rent a golf cart nearby to explore the entire Cay (pronounced key) and the beautiful beaches. No pets, no parties, no mining and no smoking. Guest access The entire cottage is useable by guests with one small closet locked off for the owner's personal items. Other things to note Arrival on Green Turtle Cay is by water ferry. From Marsh Harbour or Treasure Cay airports, a taxi ride to the ferry dock is always available. The ferries run regularly according to a fixed schedule and are generally right on time. The taxi driver can advise on next arrivals and, if desired, contact the ferry operator to check on the schedule or even to order a special charter rather than wait. The cottage is a short walk from the ferry dock upon arrival where guests will be met and shown to the cottage. Grocery shops are less than five minutes away and will deliver if requested. Water is potable but bottled water is available and maybe the best way to commence your stay. Scuba and snorkeling tours are easily booked as are fishing ventures. Beaches are within walking distance but a golf cart is much easier. Make sure you know when to be at the ferry dock for your departure.
