Elegant & Cozy 3BD Home near Downtown San Jose

Our charming three bedroom two bathroom home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Silicon Valley. Easy access to major highways US-101, I-680, I-280, I-87 and walking distance to bus stop to downtown San Jose. Shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops... are all within a couple of minutes drive. Whether you are business travelers or on vacation, our lovely home has all the conveniences to call home away from home. The space Our recently renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with cookware and basic cooking spices, and a huge backyard with a gazebo! The relaxing living room has a large elegant sofa set and a 65 inch smart TV with many free TV apps or log in with your own account (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.. ). The TV is also hooked up to an indoor HD antenna. We don’t have cable or dish. Master bedroom suite is equipped with a queen bed with a high-quality mattress, a private full bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with high-quality mattresses. These two identical twin beds can be combined into a king-size bed if desired. Confirm with us in advance if needed. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed. Bathrooms are all supplied with fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washer/dryer are available with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Free high-speed WiFi with download speed up to 150 Mbps. G00gle Home mini that uses only your voice to set alarm and timer, play music, search for local attractions, ... and many more. Heater/ AC with a smart thermostat. Complimentary tea and coffee for you to make. Complimentary bottled water. Recently equipped new items include Heater/AC with Nest smart thermostat, water heater, microwave oven, coffee maker, 65 inch smart TV, bathroom vanity, etc. Guest access Guest has full access to the entire house for the duration of stay except for the two closets for storing supplies, two storages in the backyard, and the garage which only for use of washer/dryer. Guest can enjoy our huge backyard with a beautiful gazebo. Other things to note We always strive to keep the house beautiful and clean for our guests and ask that you take good care of our house as you would take care your own home. No parties, No smoking and No use of any drugs anywhere on the property. Breaching this rule will result in immediate eviction, no refund of unused nights, and loss of security deposit. We have security cameras on the exterior of the house for safety purpose. No security cameras inside the house. No pets allowed. No fireworks allowed. Parking in the driveway and street parking. Guests do not have access to the garage except only to use the washer and dryer. Guests are responsible for taking out their own trash. Quiet time is 10pm-8am. No extra guests other than those on reservation. Late checkout fee may apply.
