The space This tiny home has one bedroom with comfy double bed, TV with HDMI Cable and Wifi, powder room with composting toilet, kitchenette, and roofed patio area with BBQ, and dining patio set, as well as a private open area with a firepit and another private yard with hammocks and outdoor furniture. With access to a communal full bathroom facility with hot showers, flush toilets, drinking water taps close by, access to spa facility fire heated cedar hot tub and sauna, and free parking for 2 cars on the driveway. In the kitchen, there is a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, hot plates, an electrical kettle, French press, utensils, pots, pan, cutleries, serving dishes, cups, and glasses. Hot water and cold water are both provided with water containers with valves (no plumbing in this tiny home), and water is drinkable. Toiletries are provided. The House Manual is mandatory to read before arrival! Guest access Free parking on the private driveway, private patio with furniture, hammocks, BBQ, private covered patio for rainy days, private fire pit, and chairs. WIFI. Access to shared freehold utility building with showers and flush toilets and drinkable water, Volleyball/Badminton grass field, basketball net. Access to fire-heated 3-season cedar hot tub and 4-season fire-heated Sauna. The sauna is heated by yourself (if you want us to heat it for you we will charge $20 for firewood and our time), and the hot tub needs 24-48 hours of preheating and has a $40 one-time fee, you need to book an appointment for spa facility use. You can bring your own firewood or purchase it from us for $10 per bundle. Other things to note After GPS brings you to Markdale, read the direction and follow please. Powder room has electrical composting toilet, water is provided through container with valve, you have both hot and cold water. As well as access to a detached heated utility building with sink, running/drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers. Dog fee is $30 per dog per stay need to be arranged and paid separately. On Site Activities depending on the time of trip vary during spring, summer, and fall; hiking, star gazing, listening to amazing spring peeper frogs around the pond, paddle boat in the pond, all-season firewood heated sauna (heat it up yourself no charge), seasonal electrical cedar hot tub ($40 fee), outdoor games (badminton/volleyball/basketball; bring your own ball and racket), photography, painting, enjoy the coziness of your cabin watch a movie on the screen connecting to your laptop (HDMI cable is provided) or through the DVD player part of it, a few DVDs are provided, you can walk to the tipi village and socialize around the shared outdoor bonfire with other villagers and prepare fire-cooked food or a wood-fired pizza using the outdoor kitchen beside the utility building.
