The space Clarence House is a spacious and thoughtfully designed 5 bedroom home located within a prime residential area of Windsor & Eton, offering the perfect base for families, friends, corporate guests and group stays visiting the area. The house combines generous living space with practical comfort, featuring private driveway parking for up to 3 cars, fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous rear garden with patio decking and lawn area. Downstairs features a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for socialising and relaxed day to day living, alongside a utility room, downstairs bathroom, one single bedroom and one king size bedroom. Upstairs offers two super king bedrooms, one single bedroom and a family bathroom. The super king beds are zip link beds and can be separated into singles upon request, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. Clarence House is designed to feel like a true home away from home, fully equipped with everyday household essentials to help guests settle in comfortably whether visiting for a weekend, family gathering, business trip or longer stay. Nestled within a quiet residential area, the property is detached but does have neighbouring homes on either side, including a lovely mature couple and a family with young children. We therefore kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbouring properties throughout their stay, as our neighbours equally respect the comfort and privacy of our guests in return. The house is not suitable for parties, lively gatherings or events of any kind. Located close to Windsor town centre, Eton, transport links, restaurants and local attractions all within a short walk, the property combines convenience with the comfort of a quieter residential setting. Guest access We provide useful house information ahead of your stay, with access details sent on the morning of arrival. This allows us time to change the key safe code between guests for both house and guest security. Other things to note Bookings are accepted by enquiry only to ensure Clarence House is the right fit for each guest’s stay requirements. • All bills, WiFi and utilities are included throughout your stay. • Fortnightly housekeeping, linen and towel changes are included for guest comfort during extended stays. • Flexible sleeping arrangements are available upon request, with zip-link super king beds able to be configured into singles. • Driveway parking is available for up to 3 cars. • x2 Ring security cameras are in operation externally at the front entrance and rear garden walkway area for house and guest security purposes only. • For all adult group bookings, each guest including the lead booker must be aged 25+ years. • Valid photo ID is required from all adult guests prior to arrival, alongside completion of our Signable guest agreement. • We uphold a strict no visitor policy. Only registered and verified guests included on the booking are authorised access to the property unless agreed otherwise by the host in advance. • Clarence House is located within a quiet residential area and is intended for respectful stays only.
