If you stay a week or longer in October we will lower the price to $300 night. No dogs allowed – due to the barking disturbing neighbours (cats are fine though) The space The Hampton House is a newly updated, historic home located a 2-5 minute walk to Southampton's sandy beach and the main street with awesome restaurants, brewery, bakery, museum, shops and art galleries. It's also a perfect home base to see all that the Bruce Peninsula has to offer. And after an action packed day, come home to pamper yourself on Ontario’s west coast! This spacious Cape Cod style house with cedar shingle siding, boasts two large common spaces. One being the living room with a wood burning fireplace, exiting onto the patio/private backyard with a six person hot tub. The other space is a large dine-in kitchen with room for everyone at the dinning table. King beds in all the bedrooms make the Hampton House a truly luxurious getaway, each bed is fitted with 400 thread count, 100% cotton, feather/down pillows and down duvets. The large master bedroom on the second floor, the second bedroom is on the main floor and the third bedroom is on the lower level. The driveway fits three vehicles with extra parking on the street (except in the winter). Guest access The whole place is yours! Other things to note Wood for the fireplace or fire pit is available at the local Foodland and the gas station. House does not have central air but there are window air conditioners in the master suite as well as the main floor bedroom, the lower level bedroom has a fan.
