Long term rental only. Our home is close to Hood River, White Salmon and other Columbia River Gorge attractions like Road and Mountain Biking, Wind Sports, standup paddle boarding and wine tasting. You’ll love our place because of the ambiance and the location. Great for multiple couples, families, wedding guests, etc. Modern yet rustic with all the amenities. The space Vaulted and high ceilings, hardwood floors, tile in entry, kitchen is equipped with 6 burner gas stove, propane BBQ on deck, crock pot, electric tea kettle, etc. Has large walk in closet in primary bedroom, ample closet space in all other bedrooms, radiant floor heat, gas fireplace and also equipped with wood burning stove for "warm heat" on those cooler nights in the sunroom. Family friendly with high chair and pack-n-play so you needn't bring those on your trip. Let us know if you have any special needs! Guest access Whole house access of first and second floor. No basement access. Caretaker stays on the property in guest house next door. Other things to note AirB&B Rates are based on occupancy with a per guest fee over 4 guests. Please indicate total number of guests when booking for accurate rate. Hood River Toll Bridge rates are $3.50 per crossing - automatically mailed to the registered owner of the vehicle used to cross. A discounted toll of $1.75 per crossing as available with an account - ideal if coming for an extended stay. Winter months may require alternate parking at the top of the driveway due to snow ... adding to the charm of our home in the winter. Yard is only partially fenced. Sorry, NO Pets.
