Coppersmith Cottage Above Art Studio Two Guests

Coppersmith Cottage houses this tidy non-smoking, no pets, living space. Sorry WIFI is slow to non-existent for this space. There are no choices for WIFI in this rural location. There is basic TV (non-cable). There is no kitchen but there is a cozy bathroom and lounge space with queen sized bed. Guests have access to the grounds and the spacious deck behind the Cottage. +++You may see or hear wildlife at all hours right outside the Cottage door++ The space There is one other space for hosting guests on the property which may or may not be occupied during your stay. Also, deer, foxes, groundhogs and raccoons sometimes frequent the area surrounding the Cottage --AT ALL HOURS--especially the deer in the fall. The deer come to feed on fallen apples at night. Frequently coyotes can be heard yowling into the night. The building and deck is made completely of wood so please I as you to please don't smoke on the deck or the balcony or in the room. Smoking is allowed in the yard away from the building. Guest access The living space is above the art studio. The grounds and yard are available for guests to use. Slow WIFI is available on the front porch of the main house if needed. Other things to note The Cottage is non-smoking and it is preferred that if you smoke please smoke at the bottom of the stairs on the concrete or smoke in the grass in the yard.
