Our location is residential, single-family homes, so there is plenty free street parking :o) The space Located in a quiet and lovely tree-lined up-scale neighborhood just north of Montana Avenue, this charmingly furnished bedroom with en-suite bathroom is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, or as an alternative to stodgy (and far too expensive) local hotels on a business trip. Enjoy a morning coffee in your own flower-filled patio, and then take a walk to explore the many independent stores, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and movie theatre just three blocks away. Santa Monica's central business district is a short ten-minute drive, or can be easily reached by bus (there's a stop at the end of our block) or ride share. There's also a bike share just two blocks away. The ExpoLine train with easy service to Culver City and all the way to Downtown Los Angeles is a 25 minute walk south of us. Key-less entry allows you flexibility and security, but I'm available to help answer any questions or offer advice for exploring the city. There is a kettle for tea/coffee, but there is no kitchen. Guests do not have access to other parts of the house or the rest of the garden. Two people maximum and no guests other than those agreed to at the time of booking. No vaping or other electronic smoking devices. Our furnishings are antique, so expect a comfortable, but somewhat squeaky and high (34" from floor to mattress top) bed.
