RAM BUNGALOW

Our lovely 4 bedroom house is located near Snowcrest hotel and just 2min drive from Arusha Moshi road. The most known bus stop is Nazareth road there you will proceed for about 700 to 800 meters after a hustle and bustle. We have been living in this home eversince it was established about 10 years ago. Our relationship with neighborhood is very cordial. About the area; Well the area is totally meant for residential and has nearby basic services like markets, stores, banks, medical services. The space Our space is closer or not far from almost all vital needs ie the main road, refreshments, restaurants, stores, banks and the city centre. What makes our home unique is the calmliness and conducive environment (free from all different kinds of pollution). Also a private ample car parking inside the gate makes it safer for guests with vehicles. An outstanding well grown garden with fire pit and an outdoor shade are what we all need esp when we are chilling outside for fresh air or socializing with friends. Our space is nice for guests who plan to organize small in-house events. Guest access All guests have access to berbercue grill, outdoor patio, an outdoor shed, garden fire pit, pizza hut, laundry room and space for drying up clothes. Other things to note We do not advise new guests to move around with bulk cash, passports and other wealthy materials esp at night. If doing so they should take precautions and make sure they walk in groups or have guidence from a local resident.
