On the water! Gorgeous 3 Bdrm Home w/ hot tub

Last January, wildfires burned about 12 houses immediately south of our house. While Malibu is in a period of rebuilding, there are some inconveniences as a result, such as slower traffic on PCH and trucks in the vicinity. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is. Our beach is accessible at low tide. The space Our space is ready to provide you a comfortable, enjoyable stay, with 3 bedrooms and 3 spacious bathrooms (each has a shower), laundry, a well-equipped kitchen, a hot tub, surfboards, paddle boards, and kayaks. Hiking trails are close by, restaurants and shopping are about 10-15min driving distance. We provide fans in each room, however the house does not have AC, so expect to sleep with some windows open for air movement (that means you will hear the waves). Guest access The 2 bottom floors of the house are yours, (the 3rd floor is a separate family unit-there may be some of our family there) including your own private deck with a propane grill & hot tub, and private stairs to the beach. Also privately yours are 2 kayaks, 2 surf boards, and 2 stand up paddle boards. There are no shared spaces with the 3rd floor. There are 2 parking spots available, we do not use the small garage for parking. Please note: previous reviews mention a rooftop deck, and that is on the 3rd floor which is not part of the rental currently. Registration Details STR23-0028
