These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation. No credit check is performed, solely a background check. All Tenant Evaluation fees are non-refundable in the event you cancel your reservation. Owner and broker are not responsible to reimburse. VALET PARKING CHARGES: Guests will have access to valet parking. A ONE TIME fee of $10 covers your parking for your entire stay. You will pay this fee after your application is processed to a company called Zinc. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly. GUEST ID'S - Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, gym, and also the beach services. After completing the application process all guests will pre-register and pay for their guest ID fees before arrival. All guests will receive access to a mobile app called STiD. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid to a company called Zinc. We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
