Enjoy the best of Santa Cruz! The space The home comes fully furnished with towels, linens, dishes, kitchen supplies, furnishings. Upstairs master bedroom with Cal King and daybed w/trundle (acts as a sofa/sitting area if extra beds aren't required) and attached master bath (Master bedroom can sleep 4). Second bedroom is furnished to be able to sleep 6 (1 bunk beds with full bed on bottom, twin bed on top with twin trundle and 1 queen bed). Downstairs master bedroom with Cal King and an attached bonus room w/1 bunk bed (twin on top and on bottom) and attached master bath (Master bedroom can sleep 4 including the attached bonus room). Lots of natural light with wood floors, fireplace in living room and newly updated kitchen. Guests enter on the first floor, but most of the living space is upstairs. As this is a vacation rental there are changes in towels/ bedding/ some furniture as things are damaged or used- you should expect the property to look similar to the pictures but not exactly the same (bed count will stay consistent). Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the everything shown here. Other things to note Please note that the property is an end condo unit. There are neighbors on one side.
