Deluxe one-bedroom balcony suite located at the MGM Signature. Just a 0.5-mile walk to the strip. Guests staying a week or longer get access to the Signature laundry facility. Daily housekeeping is not included. There is a single $25 administration fee charged by the Signature and is kept from the deposit. No $36 daily resort fee. Access to all amenities. Must be 21 to book and check in. Valet Parking is subject to availability. If it is full, you may be directed to the MGM Parking Garage. Please make sure the name on your Airbnb profile matches the name on your ID. Your ID is required to check-in. The room is at the MGM Signature tower 3, 145 E Harmon Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89109. You need to turn into the entrance from east Harmon ave. There will be a gate, tell the guard you are checking in. He will then ask you for your room number which will be provided after making a reservation. When you gain access, make the first right to tower 3, or tower 2 (second right) if tower 3 valet is closed (closes at 7pm). Once at valet, unload then you check-in at the front desk- the same way as checking into a hotel. The bellhop can assist you with carrying luggage to the room (tips are appreciated). At the front desk, tell the employee the room number. They will ask for your first and last name. Then ID and a credit/debit card. They take a deposit in case you order room service, then they refund you the deposit when you check out. They keep 25 for an admin fee. Then they will give you your room key and you’ll be good to go. If you had to check into tower 2, they’ll point you in the direction of the hallway that connects to tower 3. The deposit is $100 per night, with a $300 maximum. The housekeeping team keeps track of all items in the room, including the linens/bedding. If you plan on attending any sort of festival, please remove your shoes.
