We supply a variety of k-cups (hot chocolate too) as well as powder creamer and various sugar substitutes. ALL linen and bedspreads and blankets are washed after EVERY GUEST. We also wipe everything down to ensure a sanitary place to rest! Dishes, glassware (including wine glasses too), utensils, and cookware are provided. Newly renovated with two new memory foam queen beds, new living room furniture, and new luxury vinyl flooring! A daybed with trundle in the master suite offers two extra twin beds if needed. Large closets accommodate luggage. The full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided. We also offer some items that you may have forgotten when packing: toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, make-up remover, scrunchy, etc. We want you to feel at home! DirectTV with all the channels ! SMART TV allows you to access NETFLIX, HULU, etc. Never miss your shows or just cuddle up and enjoy a movie night! Open layout allows for everyone to have plenty of space! For the inside, we have various board games to play in the suite: Risk, Pictionary, Trouble, Monopoly, JENGA, deck of cards, etc. For the outside, we have games of Corn Hole and Croquet!
