The space The house sits on a 4,000 sq m lot. It's located in a gated community in the mountains of Lima (Km 43.5 of the Central Highway, Cupiche sector, Santa Eulalia district). It has 4 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 15 people, plus a small room outside with a full bathroom (for two more people). In the outdoor area, there's an above-ground pool, a grill, a Chinese box oven, a wood-fired oven, and games for everyone to enjoy. It's close to La Cantuta University, the Villa Club, and a multitude of outdoor activities such as biking, trekking, waterfalls, a crystal-clear river for swimming, and more. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal, including the gardens. There is also shared access to the river that you can use. Other things to note - We have maintenance staff available for hire (cleaning, cooking, laundry, or pachamanca preparation). Just let us know in advance. - Early check-in is possible. Just 30 minutes from downtown Chosica, with easy paved access. - Fully equipped kitchen - Inflatable pool and children's play area - Bed linens and towels included - We recommend bringing your groceries from Lima, as the nearest supermarket is in Chosica. However, there is a small grocery store in the area with all the basics. -The house is accessible for people with limited mobility.
