*This is a 30 day or longer rental, My place has an amazing 180° view, is close to Laguna Beach, Irvine Spectrum and the Orange County Fair as well as art and culture, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining. You’ll love my newly remodeled kitchen and flooring, the view, the projector screen, and the comfy beds. It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. When you stay at my place, you'll have access to an amazing 180° view of Aliso Viejo and if you play your cards right for the 4th of July, you'll see no less than 7 fireworks shows with the closest being a softball's throw away! I've also set up an 84" Projection Screen equipped with AppleTV and, if you can believe this, Pong! Have fun with that :) Whether you're staying on business, romance or just a getaway, I'm sure you'll be right at home... Other features to look forward to are a Gated Community, access to the Pool and Jacuzzi, a new Washer and well loved Dryer and an unbelievably quiet neighborhood. You even get a 2 Car Garage and of course, the Balcony with the stunning view! As this is not my primary residence, interaction is limited to remote communications and/or the Check In meeting. My CoHost, Giovanni, and I are always welcome to meet for any reason and especially don't hesitate to ask us any questions at any time. While I have previously lived here before, it always amazes me as to how quiet the neighborhood truly is :) Perhaps being slightly perched towards the top of a hill and on the side of the view helps, I'm not sure? But what I am sure about is that you'll really appreciate the peacefulness of the community and I can't stress enough how impressive the balcony view is! Close by, there's the local park and community center that features a movie complex, various dining, bars and shopping outlets. There's also hiking and biking trails and of course, Laguna Beach and Irvine are right around the way too! Just some housekeeping notes: - Waste Management comes on Wednesday, so if you happen to be able to move the bins to the curb on Tuesday night, that would be great. - There's only 1 Pool/Jacuzzi Key, please keep that separate from the house keys...a lost Pool Key will result in a $50 claim to your Security Deposit.
