You’ll love my place because of the beautiful nature, the high quality of construction, the minimalist style, the comfort quality, the heated pool and the magnificent view of the Atlas mountains. It has a playground with swings, and soccer goals. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). The space Most people who visit our place find it extremely peaceful and are overwhelmed by the beauty of nature, with our luxuriant garden facing the Atlas mountains. The house has been built with top quality materials and installations, securing maximal comfort, no matter how hot or cold it is outside. There is also a fireplace for the cooler nights. All terraces have infra red heating, ceiling fans, and electric curtains, so one can always enjoy being outdoors, whether it is very hot or cool, the sun is high or low. A cleaning lady will be there during your stay, and can also help prepare your breakfast if you wish (you'll have to pay for the food shopping though). Our butler will also on-site during your whole stay and will be available to help you if needed. He could also do the food shopping or pick you up from the airport if you decide to rent a car. Renting a car is actually necessary to access our house, as there is no public transportation in the area. Guest access Guests will have access to all the facilities in the house, except the separate double bedroom suite with 2 bedrooms, which is rented separately. The garden, pool and kitchen will therefore be shared and the property will therefore be available to you and another family. Pool heating, if wanted, will be charged an extra 40€/day. If you want to have a cook to prepare food during your stay, I can help you find one for about 20€ per day. Our butler can do the shopping for you if he can use your rented car for this. Other things to note The house is situated 18km from Marrakech, off the Ourika road, via a 2km dirt road. The independent double bedroom bungalow could be rented separately by other people who would be sharing the garden, the pool, the kitchen and the laundry room.
