PSU Entire Home Close to Campus & Dining *****

Roomy multi level, spacious home in beautiful Park Forest just minutes from Penn State campus and downtown State College. The home is in a residential neighborhood with plenty of parking and nearby restaurants. Let this be your home for a football getaway! This is a 1970's home that is lived in other times of the year with pets. You will have the property to yourselves but we do not recommended for folks with allergies. This is a no smoking/no partying home. The space There is room for 4 cars to park in the driveway, with ample free street parking. Linens and towels are provided. A Keurig and a coffee maker are also available with coffee provided. Our home has ample space with separate levels to accommodate groups but it is a lived in home (not just a rental). The space can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably and more if you opt to use the air mattress, etc. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, and a 3 season patio. You'll have access to the entire home except the garage, basement, and primary bedroom closet. Please respect the owner's property as it is their year round residence and leave belongings in their place. Thank you. Guest access We live in our home year-round but rent the space on occasion. During your stay you will have the home to yourself but we will be accessible by phone if you have any needs.
