Our location is conveniently close to Kailina Beach. Enjoy the stunning mountain views from our balcony, offering a tranquil retreat. The house is fully furnished, equipped with shared bathrooms, and is securely gated to ensure the safety of our guests. It's perfectly suited for families with children, as it does not require navigating any stairs. It's also a great choice for groups of friends and solo adventurers looking to explore the natural wonders of Carnaza Island. The space We aim to provide you with a genuine island living experience, far removed from the hustle and bustle of crowded cities, embracing the local way of life. Utilities: Electricity: Our home offers a unique experience distinct from luxurious accommodations, focusing on authentic island living. The island lacks connection to the national power grid, so we rely on an off-grid solar power system to supply electricity around the clock. Additionally, we have a backup generator to ensure a constant power supply, even on less sunny days. Water: Our water supply for bathing and washing comes from a well, pumped into a storage tank and then distributed throughout the house by gravity. We also provide purified drinking water free of charge for all our guests. WiFi: To enhance your stay, we offer complimentary WiFi, allowing you to stay in touch with loved ones while enjoying your island getaway. The Space: Our house features three bedrooms (including one master bedroom and two common rooms), a living room, and a terrace where guests can unwind. A TV and charging points for electronic devices are available for your convenience. We also operate a small sari-sari store for essential purchases. Additionally, there's a restaurant and a convenience store adjacent to our house. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for cooking. Please understand that some resources are limited on the island, but we are committed to providing the best service possible within these constraints. Guest access Guests are welcome to fully utilize the kitchen, garden area, living room, and terrace during their stay. For a refreshing swim, the ocean is just a few meters away from our house. Our on-site sari-sari store offers essentials like shampoo, soap, condiments, and ready-to-eat food. Adjacent to our house, you'll find a restaurant that doubles as a convenience store and karaoke bar. Please note, given the island's distance from the mainland of Cebu, only basic necessities are available for purchase. Other things to note Carnaza Island, nestled off the northern coast of Cebu within the municipality of Daanbantayan, offers a secluded getaway approximately two hours from mainland Cebu. Accessible via outrigger boat from Tapilon port, this island presents a blend of popular and yet-to-be-discovered treasures, inviting explorers to its unspoiled beauty. Getting There: To reach Carnaza Island, begin your journey at the Cebu North Bus Terminal, taking a bus or van to Tapilon port in Daanbantayan. Opt for buses labeled Maya-Kawit or Maya-Bagay, and inform the driver or conductor of your destination. The journey to Tapilon port takes about 4 hours, so aim to arrive by 10 am to maximize your time on the island. Upon arrival at Tapilon port, board a boat to Carnaza Island. Activities on the Island: Carnaza Island is a hub for adventure and relaxation. Here are some recommended activities: 1. Experience the thrill of cliff jumping. 2. Explore the underwater world with snorkeling near the shore. 3. Take a 30-minute boat trip to La Manok Island, featuring two islands connected by a sandbar. 4.
