Casita Blanca is a fresh, clean & freestanding 1 bedroom in a charming quiet neighborhood. We are less than a mile from the Rillito River bike loop, 131 miles long / walking trail & horse riding opportunities. Many great restaurants & shops within 1/2 mile - & downtown & hiking are all within a 10-12 minute drive. We host a space free of perfumes, harsh chemicals & use scent-free linen soap. We are family, LGBTQ & all humans friendly & offer recommends & more upon request. Just ask! ☀️ The space Casita Blanca is clean, sanitized and comfy! Everything is fresh and lovely. Boasting tons of natural light, bedroom blackout curtains, a luscious queen bed & comfy twin sleeper sofa (good for adults or children), both with luxury memory foam toppers & fresh crisp linens/pillows. The Casita offers beach towels & a shared non-heated pool, a lively private yard & off-street parking. My relaxed family of three lives on the same 1/2 acre. We give you privacy and are available to easily assist with any needs that may come up (via text). Outdoor laundry available upon request as well as additional fridge/freezer area. We have slightly increased cleaning fees to offer a complete sanitizing protocol after regular cleaning. In the Casita you will find alcohol spritz and wipes for use during your stay. The Casita is very clean and sparkly! Staying cool in the desert summer: We have a wall air conditioner in the bedroom. This room stays cool in the heat of summer and, with the use of a fan, easily spreads throughout both rooms. The vast majority of folks are very comfortable. Also, there is no amount of summer heat that a refreshing dip in the pool wont cure! :) Hot Water in Winter: Sing a little song and give it a minute. It will be gloriously hot!
