Newly Remodeled. Private Hot Tub!

Our small family is happy to share our newly remodeled basement and bedroom with your family and friends. Our house lies in a family friendly neighborhood and is just a hop and a skip away from you finding your first tracks in the snow. We hope you can make yourself at home with a private entrance, a relaxing & fun living area, and a large hot tub. The space We do live in the house upstairs and you might hear a few pitter patters from our 5 year old. As well, we have a 15 year old standard poodle that might wander out in the back yard occasionally to stretch her legs, but don’t worry she is a sweetheart. You will have your own private entrance through the back basement door. Or preferably through the garage door using the key pad or garage door opener. (Please do not lose the garage door opener. A fee of $45 will be charged if lost) The hot tub is professionally serviced and is designate for your use only during your stay. FREE early check in or late check out when available. Sleeps up to 4 very comfortably....Can sleep 5 Remodeled Basement 1Bedroom / 1Bath / Large Living space HOT TUB, BBQ, Sony PS4, Dart board, and Mini Ping Pong Table. Centrally located! Ideal for ski vacations, small families with or without kids, corporate business trips, or convention groups. Only 7 miles to the ski canyon entrance! (Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton) Also just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. This inviting 1 Bedroom basement is a great place to relax and watch movies, play board games, Sony Play Station, darts, or mini ping pong. The bedroom could sleep two comfortably in the queen bed and has a separate TV. Outdoors you'll find a hot tub, BBQ, and a few chairs to soak up the sun in a fenced yard. Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2); This bed will be prepared on arrival Living Space: 2 Twin Mattress + 2 Luxury Foam Sleeping Matts + Couch = (Sleeps 5 Total) The twin mattresses and sleeping pads are stored in the nook. It will be your responsibility to prepare your bed. Clean sheets and blankets will be stored in the shelves in the laundry room. Guest access The lower level of the house has been designated for your full private access and use. This includes the living space, bedroom, full bath, laundry/breakfast area. As well as the back yard were the hot tub is located. (we hope you are ok with our dog occasionally saying hello) Access to the basement is through the south front gate into the back yard and around to into basement entrance. But we prefer you use the garage to enter and to come and go. This will be more convenient for you. Out of respect to our neighbors we would Please park your car in the garage. If you have two cars Winter parking: Please park one car in the garage and one car on left side of the driveway. This will provide 2 spaces for 2 cars. Non-winter parking: Park both cars in the garage. Or one in the garage and the other on the left side of the driveway. Please be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood.
