The Getaway Treehouse & Jacuzzi Bath House

The Getaway Tree Suite is an authentic tiny-house Treehouse and Jacuzzi bath house nestled within seven trees on 10 wooded acres. The treehouse and bath house are adjoined by a walkway bridge on a hillside. Located on Hwy 112, two minutes from Roaring River State Park- hiking trails, fly fishing, spring, rainbow trout hatchery; 5 minutes from Mark Twain National Forest. The space PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING TO ENSURE THAT OUR SPACE MEETS YOUR EXPECTATIONS— TREEHOUSE NATURE- Our treehouse is an authentic tiny-house treehouse built for 2 adult guests (No children under age 6). Treehouses are built to move with the trees. Expect to feel and hear movement when winds exceed 20 mph. There are two single beds in the loft and a queen size sofa bed with memory gel foam topper on the main level for optional sleeping arrangements. The heated jacuzzi bathhouse bathroom (adjoined by the walkway deck) has a jacuzzi bathtub and a picture window overlooking the hillside. ** We do recommend bringing slippers, house shoes, or slip on shoes for trips between treehouse and bathhouse.** NOTE- There is one additional treehouse on the property. The entrance and driveway are shared. No other spaces are shared. There is free WiFi, and a WiFi/Bluetooth capable TV for streaming Netflix & YouTube...etc. We have Pluto TV, but no cable or satellite channels. In the treehouse kitchenette, we have provided coffee, tea, spices, and oil. If you would like to prepare food in the treehouse- There is a small toaster oven, single burner, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and coffee grinder. We also have a variety of spices, and basic cooking staples for your use. Outdoor cooking- There is a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) and various utensils; or simply enjoy cooking over a campfire (firewood not provided) next to the picnic table. Groceries- The town of Cassville (5 minute drive north on 112) has a King Food Saver grocery store, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and several convenient stores to choose from. Roaring River State Park (1 mile south on 112) is home to helpful convenience shops for fishing gear, rod rental, fishing licenses and daily passes, clothing, snacks, beer, ice, and cooking staples as well. Guest access There is one additional treehouse on the property with only the entrance and driveway being shared. We ask that you do not go near the other treehouse, and give the other guests (if applicable) their privacy. Other things to note Smoking Policy: No smoking inside tree house or bath house. You may smoke outside at designated smoking areas. There are ash trays on the balcony, and the outdoor covered bar area. Pet Policy: We do allow pets that are house trained. Any damages caused by the animal would be your responsibility. Also, want to note that the balcony area is not safe for animals that could jump over. Children under the age of 6: the loft area does not have safe railing for small children. They must be under adult supervision if in the loft area. 2-4 guest maximum. Maximum capacity of 1,200 lbs. You may light candles, but please be responsible. Do not leave a fire unattended.
