Dear guest You are always welcome in my town house villa in a community named Damac 2 / mimosa . Notice : Malibu beach is not included/gym not included Its located in dubai , al kudra road next to dubai land . Surrounded by the lovely desert. Its a place that you can enjoy your family vacation, lovely weather, green trees and huge spaces to walk and the pool is directly 4 min walking distance from the house Inside the community center , supermarket, restaurants, and many other shops The space The Villa is 2 floor In the first floor : Kitchen/ garden / living area / dinning area / guest toilet / garden / the entry and 2 car parking / small storage In the second floor : One master room with 2 balconie and privat toilet One room with balconie with sharing toilet One room without balconie with sharing toilet No made room in the villa . Only the rooms mentioned. The pool and all the activities are located in the community center carrefour in the upper level and its free of charges , that is located far from the villa approximately 5 to 7 min by car. And also by 4 min walking distance u can find also the new pool directly next To the town house Summer time the temperature reach 50 to 55 degrees in the garden , we remove all the setup to not get spoiled under the sun . The pictures of the town is taken 2 years ago , the layout is always the same but can be upgraded things inside and outside the house and specially with the furniture. Check in is always after 4.00 Check out is always by 11.00 mornings time The villa is located in damac 2 / kudra road . Next to the desert. Cluster name mimosa and its inside damac 2 community. NB : the timing is plus or minus not totally accurate cause is depend on the road that you are using or the way of transportation: 35 to 45 min to the airport . 30 min to mall of the emirate 25 min to tecom 25 min to the moror city 20 min to the villa project 35 min to dubai mall 35 to marina mall and JBR … Other things to note Treat our villa as if its really your own property and pls keep it clean and organized .
