This cozy place has a great location since it is within 0.25 miles to the Eclectic Bishop Arts District where you can find a variety of restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries. It is less than 5 miles from Downtown Dallas and only 0.6 miles away from The Stephens Park Golf Course. (A taxi, Uber or Lyft ride to short distances makes it easier to afford :) There’s a bus stop right at the corner. It’s walking distance to a supermarket, fast food places, convenience stores and a pharmacy. The space It has the three valuable C's 1. Cozy, 2. Cute, and 3. Comfortable. It is nestled among greenery and trees. You will have a private bathroom and you will be able to set the room’s temperature to your liking. It has a private small dining area, living room space, and private parking. (Plus a Private coffee and closet area) Guest access Guests can enjoy the front yard and the patio furniture. During your stay We are in and out but only a phone call away. We prefer texting if you are comfortable texting us. Other things to note When you enter the driveway stay to your right hand side. Follow the rotunda path to park and to exit. Please know we share the property with two other houses and we ask for Quiet time between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Also for everyone’s safety we have cameras around the property’s perimeter monitoring the parking spaces, pathways, and landscape. TRANSPORTATION: There is a bus stop less than five houses away from us before you get to the corner in case that you do not have a car available at the time, or do not want to use Uber or Lyft. Enclosed please find a couple of helpful details. Bus number 101 on the corner of Hampton road and W Davis goes straight to Hampton Station. From there, the red line goes into downtown (30 minutes travel time without wait). Also, bus number 9 on the corner of W. Davis and Jefferson goes straight to downtown. This is a much easier and quicker trip if a train ride is not needed.
