The house is located within 5 minutes of mountain trails, horse riding and a fishing lake (Lough Bofina). The space There is wifi available throughout the property. The downstairs contains a living/dining area with wood burning stove, a kitchen, a conservatory with a wood burning stove, Cable TV and a Chromecast. Throughout the downstairs there are original features and furniture from when the house was a functioning farmhouse. There is also a utility room on the ground floor. The upstairs has two bedrooms which have high wooden ceilings which give the house a warm and atmospheric feel. The bathroom is located on the second floor. There is access to the large balcony from the master bedroom which gives spectacular views of the Kerry Mountains and the surrounding countryside. There is also wifi throughout the house. There is also a telescope and picnic basket (food not included) with the house. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house along with the 0.5ha garden. There is no access to the farm.
