Cozy, newly built studio, located in a semi-rural area. Lots of forest in surrounding area, but only a few minutes drive to nearest town. Lower level of attached house with complete privacy and separate entrance. Space consists of kitchen, queen size bed, and bathroom, writing desk, and a rustic sun room. Amenities include floor heating throughout, wireless internet, and parking. Ideal spot for those looking to get away for the weekend. We also welcome long term stays as well. The space There is a tenant who rents the house above, but is frequently away. When he is home he is quiet and respectful. We ask the same of our guests. We have a dog on the property who is very friendly and likes "hang" (lay) in front of the studio from time to time. We can make accommodations if this is a problem for guests.
