Including the balcony unfortunately. This is a HOA policy and not the owners. There is a park just at foot of stairs that is open space. $500 cleaning fee for evidence of inside smoking No parties. No more than 2 guests allowed. The laundry room has recently been renovated and now accepts credit cards. Guests will be provided with a starter pack of four towels, two face cloths hand towels, and two rolls of toilet tissue. Plenty of open parking (not assigned) and is designated as "MHC parking only".
