Lovely suite in the Southwest style that contains one bedroom, sitting room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, sunroom and private bathroom. All furnishing are new. The outside picnic area has BBQ, picnic table, adirondack chairs, and breathtaking mountain views. Close to golf, biking, Aquatic Center, historic downtown, Shakespeare festival, art walks, galleries, craft brewery, wine tasting, farmers markets, etc. Zion one hour away. Cedar Breaks 45 minutes and Bryce Canyon 90 minutes away. The space The Casita is the ground floor of our home. It is quiet and very private. There is plenty of storage and a large closet. Parking is right outside and always available. We value our guests' privacy and comfort and want them to fall in love with the area just as we have. Guest access Guests have access to the entire ground floor except the garage and workshop.
