A perfect year-round hideaway, Moulos Chalet is a warm and welcoming home for friends, families and romantic getaways. Set within a large garden of olive trees and mediterranean fauna, it's secluded enough for complete privacy but close enough to neighbours and the local village. Large AlFresco entertainment areas with BBQ and traditional Cypriot oven. Open fire place for warm winter nights and just 1 minute away from our quiet beach, headlands and stunning mountains for trekking and foraging. The space The Moulos chalet is a private home providing for all your needs during your winter/summer break. The chalet is fully air conditioned, but for those that prefer a natural breeze, all windows and external doors are fitted with fly screens, enabling you to sleep comfortably and keep the mosquitoes away. Both bedrooms have very comfortable double beds, with ample storage space and clean fresh linen and blankets. The bathroom has a well sized shower, with fresh linen, beach towels and toiletries at your disposal, hair dryer, hot water bottle and your normal home essentials. The open plan central space consists of kitchen, dining and living area, a perfect space for entertaining and unwinding. A Large 3 seater and one 2-seater sofa face comfortably towards the open fireplace and TV. The TV is connected up to a laptop which provides you access to the families Netflix account. Kitchen is very well stocked with all your essential appliances, spices and larder food. The large dining table can sit up to 8 people very comfortably. The utility room houses the washing machine with soaps and cleaning products needed for the property. Here you will find the beach umbrella, and additional beach items for your usage. A wrap around covered porch to the front of the property is where you can sit and relax during winter months, with views to the headlands and sea. This then leads onto a large Alfresco covered terrace, also accessible from the main living area, which is a wonderful space for a bbq, enjoying a nice meal and a few glasses of wine. A stone pathway leads you to a further smaller terrace where we store the firewood and where the traditional Cypriot oven is located. The surrounding garden is full of mediterranean trees and fauna and an abundant secure space for the canine members of the family to roam free. Fresh herb plants are dotted around the property for the budding cooks and a seasonal vegetable plot by the oven. The property has its own supply of fresh water from the private well, should the water in the tank need topping up. Baby cot, high chair and baby bath available upon prior request. 2 mountain bikes are also at your disposal. Wifi throughout. Other things to note Please note that personal items have been locked away within one of the wardrobe compartments and chest, and kindly ask for these areas to be respected and not opened.
