In Aguarmarina you will have a view of nature and the sea, with the relaxing sound of the sea in the background. The different atmospheres of its terraces will make you enjoy your style, either an intimate moment for two (high terrace), or in a hammock, sharing or eating with family or friends (main terrace), or outdoors having a BBQ. Or maybe the beauty of the surroundings will push you to go out for a swim in the sea and walk along nature trails. The space We love this house, it was a family dream. It has been a source of inspiration (you can see in the house the beautiful poem dedicated to the house, written by my grandmother). A record has also been recorded with a cheerful song composed by my uncle, in my mother's melodious voice (which I can send you, if you are interested). It was conceived as a simple, mountain and sea house, a family home, for people who do not care much about luxury and small details. We know that there are different types of style, and what is inspiring for some may not be satisfactory for others, so I don't want to create false expectations: if you are looking for luxury, fine finishes, a house in perfect condition, unfortunately this house is not for you. If you are more of the relaxed/uncomplicated type, who is more interested in contact with nature, a family reunion or with friends than a house in optimal condition, and you can accept a house in good functional condition, but with some imperfections (for example, walls that have lost some paint, some cracked tiles, rustic wood)... you can be our guest. Also take into account that the beauty of being in the middle of nature, of being able to observe the sea and vegetation from above, has a price: to get to the house you will have to climb 70 steps. This can be a challenge for older people, people with reduced mobility, or for those who don't like to exercise very much. You should also keep in mind that the house does not have a power plant and that it is relatively common for the electricity to go out on the island. You should be prepared with some insect repellent in case there are mosquitoes (they vary according to the season). I also invite you to take into account that the house is open in many of its spaces (that's how we conceived it). The house may have been cleaned a short time before, and there may be some cockroach or other inconsiderate insect out there. All rooms feature A/C and mattresses in good condition. The price at which we rent the property takes all these factors into account and it is very important for us that you are aware of what I have just told you before booking the house. Transportation from the mainland to the island is not included in the rental price, it must be covered by the guest
