No events allowed. Dog-friendly for extra $15/dog/nt, charged as "money request" after reservation is confirmed. Between La Pine and Sunriver, off the beaten path in forested rural subdivision with little traffic and no streetlights. Just 3 miles off Hwy 97 on paved roads, plowed in winter. Many windows with treetop views. See the Milky Way from two large decks and outdoor hot tub. Cathedral ceiling living room, full kitchen and dining area are private to Treetop Suite. Cute propane stove. Enjoy nature - birds, frogs, or the blustery breeze through the pines. Breakfast not included. Guest access Once UP 18 steep stairs, the entire upstairs is private to your party. Bedroom opens to huge great room with big view windows of treetop views. Decks on each side. Downstairs common space is outdoor hot tub and covered back deck with propane BBQ. There are only 3 other units. Sometimes you'll have the place to yourself. Can add other units for more beds. Each has private entrance, bath, & kitchenette or full kitchen. During your stay A lot or a little as you like. Hosts live next door, available to solve problems or answer questions. 22 yrs of innkeeping = a wealth of knowledge of the area; available 24/7. Summer & Fall, Homestead hosts "Motofantasy" motorcycle rental business. Garage faces the street, traffic is minimal and your privacy is respected. It's usually a positive with an amazing collection of unique street bikes of many makes.
