“The Homeplace” was built in the early 1900s and newly renovated in 2018. The farmhouse holds the history of five generations, and now it gets to be shared with guests. The property is located in the charming town of Mocksville, NC, about 30 minutes from Winston Salem and approximately an hour from Charlotte. Enjoy the views of neighboring fields, a peach orchard and the grandeur of the old barn located in the backyard. The space The house also includes a large front/side porch complete with rocking chairs and swing, as well as a back porch. Inside there is a claw-foot bathtub in the primary, as well as plenty of seating in the living room or sitting room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
