We are back on Air BnB after a little break in 2023. Our villa has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and an open plan living area that extends out to an enclosed decking space, outdoor dining area and private pool. The bedrooms are fitted with super king size beds that can split into two single beds. Laundry facilities, extra linen and towels are available. Complimentary starter pack of tea/coffee/sugar, toilet paper and bath soap and on arrival. The space Our property consists of two modern villas nestled inland Tikioki/Takitumu district and are located up a quiet drive off of the back road. Both villas come with 2 large bedrooms and open plan living and are fully self contained. Ideal for couples, families or small groups looking for a peaceful getaway. Each villa enjoys their own private plunge pool (salt water) which have automatic pumps that turn on twice a day. Please note that the pool is not gated so if you have infants/toddlers/young children, it is your own responsibility to keep them safe from the pool. A full kitchen and island equipped with modern amenities and appliances allows guests to prepare their own meals and then enjoy outdoor dining on the enclosed deck. Each villa is equipped with laundry facilities and extra linen and towels are also available on request. There are washing lines outside each villa for hanging out your washing and we ask that guests please only use the line designated for their villa. The rooms and living area come with ceiling fans and are fitted with insect/mosquito screens. Guests are responsible for doing their own dishes, laundry etc. The villa will be cleaned upon check out and a cleaning fee of $150.00 is charged per booking. It is the guests responsibility to keep the property clean and tidy during the stay. There are bins for recycling and general waste fitted inside the villa for rubbish, and when these are full then guests are expected to empty these bins into the appropriate wheelie bins located outside. The property has a 32” smart TV that picks up one local channel (though local tv can be quite static and poor quality). So we recommend you bring your hard drive with movies in case of a rainy day. Air Conditioning is available in the bedrooms at an *additional cost of $20 per night due to high electricity costs on the island (to be paid directly to us on arrival). There is also a WiFi Hotspot so that you can stay connected during your stay and this incurs an *additional cost. Guests can purchase "wiFi data" at any of the Vodafone outlet resellers to stay connected. The villa comes equipped with a safe to store valuables during your stay. We can provide a portacot and highchair (subject to availability). If you are travelling with a group and would like to book both villas, you are more than welcome to do so, just send us a message and we will be happy to assist. As there are two villas on the property, you may find either one of us, or one of our workers, at the other villa preparing for when other guests are checking in/out. We will try not to disturb your stay and if ever there is a need for us to come on to your side of the property we will give you notice beforehand. Guest access Check in time is 2pm Check out time is 10am Early check in is subject to availability, and is from 6am - 2pm at a charge of $150. Late check out is subject to availability, and is from 2pm - 6pm at a charge of $150. Check out after 6pm is considered a full nights rate. This would be payable directly to us after your arrival. There is a minimum 5 night stay per booking. The villa accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. The host must be notified if there are extra guests. Extra guests will be charged $50 per night. You will self check in and I will provide details of where to find the key prior to your arrival. We recommend taking an airport transfer on arrival, as there are no road signs in Rarotonga so the property can be quite difficult to find. We can organise an airport transfer for you, with Tiare Transport. Airport transfers are $20 per person and will be paid in cash directly to the driver when you arrive at the airport. Tiare Transport has a stand at the right as soon as you walk out into the arrivals area. There is free onsite parking for both villas. We ask that guests please park in their designated parking. Other things to note NO PARTIES: We ask that guests have consideration for neighbors - late night parties are not permitted and use of the pool is not permitted after 10pm. REFUND POLICY: 50% refund cancellation if guest cancels at least 7 days prior to the check in date. For a 50% refund, the guest must cancel at least 7 days prior to check in. If the guest cancels less than 7 days before the check in date, the guest will be charged the total price of the stay and no refund applies. If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before the check in, the guest will be charged the total price of the stay and no refund applies. If the guest does not show up, the guest will be charged the total price of the stay. If the guest checks in and decides to leave early, the guest will be charged the total price of the stay. COVID19/BOARDER CLOSURE CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you are unable to travel to Rarotonga because of a Covid19 boarder closure due to lockdown, we will offer you a full refund for your stay OR the option to defer your booking to a later date (subject to available dates). This only applies in the event of a boarder closure due to Covid19 and after proof of boarder closure has been provided.
