The bathroom has custom cabinets, a pedestal sink with large vanity mirror, and a tile shower with double shower heads featuring a multiple setting flexible hand held shower head. The bedroom has a custom dresser and wall storage cabinets as well as six very large drawers built into the bed along with a slide out table for coffee etc. Also a large storage area built into the bed frame behind the drawers. The living room has a genuine leather couch that converts into a double bed with a ceiling fan overhead equipped with a whisper wind motor delivering ultra-powerful air movement with whisper quiet performance so you get the cooling power you want without the noise you don't. The motor is also reversible which allows you to change the direction of your fan from downdraft mode during the summer to updraft mode during the winter. The living room includes two large overhead loft spaces for maximum storage availability. The house provides a secure guest WIFI network with strong signal for internet accommodations. A 42" HD TV with over 500 Bluray movies on an external hard drive is included. The property delivers a great view of the valley surrounded by mountains. The cherry trees are also a nice touch with plenty of them ripe in the summer offering a nice snack to compliment a comfortable kick back session on the porch taking in the view.
