Our beautiful Villa for 10 people is located in a holiday complex in Aldea El Gariton, Monterrico, on the coasts of the Pacific Ocean. The condominium is 100% family-friendly, and offers extensive pool areas that run through the entire condominium offering almost 2,000m² of fun; beautiful sea views and a volcanic sandy beach will make your stay something unparalleled to share with your family or friends. The space Located on a third level (no elevator), it is a property that is distributed over two levels as follows: On the first level we have the common areas of the property which offer: kitchen equipped with everything you need to make your stay something practical and comfortable. Outside we have a dining area with ocean views, which shares a living room where you can share good moments with your guests. Likewise, on the first level we have a secondary room that offers a bunk bed and a full bathroom for common use. On the second level, we offer privacy for couples or parents, as we have a master bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom for private use. Additionally, we offer a secondary room that has a bunk bed and a double bed, this room also has a private bathroom. For your additional guests we provide 2 imperial mattresses which you can locate to your liking. All of our rooms have walkable air conditioning to your liking! We do not offer a/c in the living room area. Additionally we offer wifi internet service at 10mbps, Amazon Fire TV devices in each room and Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite movies and series! Guest access Villa los Cabos is a private condominium, with very rigid security protocols to enjoy tranquility and security during your stay. It has a restaurant area, which serves on fixed hours. You can taste rich local dishes, a pizza or other fast food options in the common table area or request home delivery service from our villa. You can enjoy the extensive pool area with the whole family, rest in a sun chair while enjoying the company of your children without any worries. It offers rest areas where you can enjoy a well-deserved nap in front of the sea while listening to the relaxing sound of the waves, and a beach of volcanic sand where you can be with your children playing in the sand or contemplate the beautiful sunsets with a drink. Other things to note The condo has a strict regulation which you will need to comply with throughout your stay. Important restrictions: No parties, there is a time restriction for loud music at night, and a set time for pool use. It is ideal for hosting groups of families.
