Other things to note The Bahamas is a magical, mystical place. It's like being in an alternate universe that doesn't adhere to the same laws as our own! You'll need cash for most things from rental cars to small restaurants / bars, to groceries so be sure you bring enough with you because there won’t always be working ATMs or credit card machines available. With this said, a few of the food and liquor stores now accept credit cards so we do see progress! Both beach houses have a safe so your personal items are safe as long as you are diligent in locking your doors when leaving the property.
