All social areas are open spaces, surrounded by nature including the Living room and dining room with kitchenette. Beach rancho Two filtered, fresh water swimming pools. One fire pit area for hot dogs and smores. Large green grass area for volleyball/badmington. The property has 3 private bedrooms with A/C and a complete and private bathroom each. Each bedroom can accomodate 4-6 guests. A fully equipped kitchen with freezer, refrigerator, gas stove/oven and cooking utensils. A clothes washer is also available upon request. Free private parking space for up to 6 cars. Guest access The property is located in aldea El Guayabo, a totally safe and friendly neighborhood. Our space is surrounded by concrete walls and the only way in is through a private gated access. Of course, there is plenty of open space towards the beach to let all that delicious breeze in.
