Set on a 20hectare property on the banks of the Mooi River, Coldstream Cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy the beautiful views on the verandah, stroll down to the river or have an early morning run. The cottage is an architect designed, open plan, one bedroom unit with partly open plan bathroom. Morning sun pours through expansive glass panes, a free standing fireplace and solid wood floors help keep it warm in winter. A 20 minute drive gets you to Nottingham Road shops and restaurant The space The cottage is a self contained unit, with high ceilings and large glass sliding doors. The bedroom and living room both open onto a verandah looking onto open veld and the river . Guest access Guests have access down to the river and dam, with a picnic area and jetty. The communal access road is used for walking and running. Other things to note The cottage is situated 13kms out of Nottingham Road on the Loteni Road. The last 7kms are on dirt. Very low vehicles may find this difficult. Take it slow and enjoy the drive.
