Comfortable room for up to 2 guests. 1 furnished bedroom with queen sized bed, closet, chest-of-storage bins and Roku TV. Guests will share restroom and common areas. The space My home is located minutes away from several highways which provides easy access to North Fort Worth, Downtown Fort Worth, Keller, Southlake and North Richland Hills. Fort Worth’s finest attractions are within a 15 mile radius including: the Historic Stockyards, West 7th, Fort Worth Convention Center, & Sundance Square. Southlake Town Square is within 10 miles and has fine dining, shopping, and night life. Tanger Outlet 10 miles from home. Guest access Common areas for your use include Wi-Fi, living area, dining area, laundry room, fully stocked kitchen (includes pots, pans, utensils, and more.....please clean up after yourself), backyard with mini grilling area, coffee bar stocked with coffee and tea, parking on the side of the home. Shared bathroom has provided fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. During your stay I can be reached via email and/or texts. Cohost lives on the property.
