For Adventures or leisure and lounging, this cozy cottage is near rolling vineyards, Bodega Bay and the quaint town of Sebastopol with farm to table restaurants, farmers market, wineries, breweries and boutique shopping ~ great for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers! The space This renovated modern cottage is light and airy with new furnishings, cute decor, and lots of natural lighting ~ open living area with plushy pillows, colorful throw blankets, comfy sofa. Big screen TV ~ dining area for 6. Expansive cooks kitchen fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, cookware, dish ware, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, & fridge/freezer. Sweet master bedroom queen size pillow top bed, surrounded by natural lighting & dappled sunlight of the evergreen cypress trees ~ private bath The second bedroom has a trundle bed with a private bath ~ travel toiletries included plus a hair dryer! The peaceful sunroom with a lovely view of the orchard is your personal getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sit back, relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and get ready to let your worries slip away. Please reach out for monthly rates The cottage is in a country setting on a scenic tree-lined lane surrounded by rolling hills of vineyards ~ our landscape is a labor of love in progress, though feel free to leisurely stroll through the apple orchard and you might see our neighbors horses! During the winter a babbling brook circles around the property. Guests are welcome to pick and enjoy the apples and anything else growing on the property. Kindly note: landscapers arrive every other Wed to tend to the meadows, trees and Creekside vegetation. We allow up to well-behaved 2 dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100/dog. No cats.
