Inside, the home includes three queen-bed bedrooms, a primary ensuite bathroom, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and an interior powder room. The open living and dining area connects to a spacious and very private outdoor entertaining space with pool, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, desert-view outdoor shower, and a separate exterior bathroom. The kitchen offers ample counter space, a full-size gas range, and a large refrigerator. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. The expansive rooftop deck provides 360° views of the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, with peek-a-boo views of the Sea of Cortez. Casa Namaste is a solar-powered, off-grid home and does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms, with additional stand-up fans provided. Guest access Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire home, pool, outdoor living areas, rooftop deck, and surrounding property. Other things to note Casa Namaste is located in an off-grid, solar-powered community. There is ample power, water, and propane for normal daily use; however, high-draw electrical appliances such as microwaves, hair dryers, and traditional drip coffee makers are not used at the home. For coffee, a Nespresso (original pods), French press, and stovetop options are provided. The home is not air-conditioned due to solar limitations. Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms, with additional fans provided, and the pool offers a refreshing way to cool down. This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all interior and exterior areas.
