Villa Belvedere- Iron shore

A spacious 5-bedroom villa with an adjacent pavilion for outdoor dining and entertaining. This villa is located on a one-acre hillside site above the Half Moon Resort complex. We are a 15-minute drive from the Montego Bay airport. The villa comes with a housekeeper to keep rooms tidy and assist guests with check-in/check-out Beaches and nightlife are 20 minutes away. The space The villa is a crescent-shaped building on a single level; the entrance from the parking area has 4 steps to the front door/pool area. The main entrance is into a large living room with an adjoining dining room. This is an open-air area cooled with ceiling fans and a fresh ocean breeze. A beautiful working kitchen and dining room are adjacent. The five bedrooms are airconditioned with full bath in each room and all are located in the main building. The Master bedroom is a suite with a California king bed with a well-appointed sitting area and is fully air-conditioned. The en-suite bathroom has an amazing rain shower and marble vanity with double washbasins. Bedroom 2 - offers a Sea view with a king bed, a full bath with tub/shower, and marble vanity. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 - Offers a Sea view with queen bed, full bath with tub and shower, glass vanity/basin. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 - offers a Sea view with a queen bed, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The full bath has a tub/shower and a marble vanity. Bedroom 5 -Offers a Sea view with two queen beds, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The full bath comes with a tub/shower and a marble vanity. All the bedrooms have large closet areas for the storage of clothes and personal items. Bedrooms have plush bath & hand towels, beach towels, hand soaps, and tissue. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and all table settings. A staff Laundry room in the rear. The villa has a security patrol and is equipped with a full security system with outdoor cameras. The guest house adjacent to the main building is not offered as part of the rental agreement. Guest access The villa's fun areas such as the swimming pool and garden areas are geared towards adults for the exclusive use of the guests. Guests often visit Doctors Cave Beach, a semi-private facility that is about 15 minutes by car. The beach concessions provide drinks and food service and have lounge chairs and beach umbrellas already set up for arriving guests. Other things to note Keep in mind tipping is common practice in Jamaica to those providing services such as restaurant servers, housekeepers tour guides, and drivers. staff typically expect 10/15% gratuity. Food and beverage shopping is close by with several great options so ask your driver to stop. The villa is located in a residential area. Restaurants, stores, and snack shops are a 10-minute drive. Dunn's River Falls, river rafting, and many of the other must-see Jamaica attractions are 1.5 hours or less from the villa on good roadways. Ask your driver what is best for your group and the cost and time for transport. Jamaica's popular Margaritaville Cafe is in Montego Bay, about 20 minutes drive. Pier 1 offers live music on weekends about 25 minutes away along with many other great spots.
