This luxury condo is the perfect Vail Valley getaway! Our beautiful mountain condo has been updated for your comfort. This is a quiet top floor (third floor) 2bd/2ba condo overlooking the Eagle River. 1185 Sq Ft. With a private balcony, enjoy natural light, mountain, and river views. Warm-up with the fireplace or private sauna. The unit is set away from any highway noise. Open up the sliding glass doors for fresh mountain air and the sounds of the Eagle River. The space The condo accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. The Master bedroom includes a king bed and sliding glass door that opens up to the patio and Eagle River. A private bath includes a sauna and rain shower. The over-sized guest room has a queen-sized bed with a twin bunk bed above and a twin trundle bed underneath. The guest room also has a private balcony. There is an additional full-sized bathroom just outside the guest room complete with a jetted tub and shower. For additional guests, pull out the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room and snuggle up in front of the wood-burning fireplace. There is a private washer (Miele WXD160 WCS installed in April 2024) and dryer (Miele TXR860WP Eco & Steam installed in April 2024) in the unit for your convenience. The updated kitchen is stocked with the basics. The large dining table seats up to 6 guests. Linens provided. The community pool and hot tub (also overlooking the Eagle River) are conveniently located just down the stairs from our unit. There are towels available in our unit for pool and hot tub use. The pool is typically open June through September; the hot tub is open year round. Occasionally the pool and/or hot tub may be closed for routine maintenance or repair. The pool depth varies from 4-6 feet. WiFi, a wood-burning fireplace (with extra firewood on the deck), and a gas grill are provided for your comfort. A large mudroom in the entryway is a great place to set extra gear. The deck faces the Eagle River. Guest access You will be provided with a code to use for the electronic lock. Other things to note Please note that, while we love animals, no pets of any kind are to be brought on the property. For the comfort of all guests and residents, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. A minimum $750 fee will be assessed if smoking of any kind occurs on the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit as well as the outdoor areas around the unit. Any tampering with smoke detecting equipment will also include a $750 fee. Additional fees may apply for replacement of items impacted by smoking. Please be mindful of noise, as this is a quiet community. There is no elevator. The unit is on the third floor (top floor) of the building.
