The apartment is equipped with bed linens, bath towels, toilet paper, a coffee maker for ground coffee, a microwave, and a gas grill (with gas included). It has cable TV and a speaker to connect an iPhone. The apartment is located on the first floor, with direct access to a shared garden. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM (if there are no other guests, times are flexible – please ask). Please throw garbage in the shaft and store the terrace furniture under the roof with the cushions inside. Guest access Santa Augusta Santa Augusta is a high-end tourist complex. It has an area of 726 hectares, on a 1500m long beach. The complex has a restaurant, tennis courts, gym, children's games, and a soccer field. During the summer months there are activities for both adults and children. There is a main pool in front of the beach with bathrooms, and there is a small pool across the Los Lupinos parking lot. You can walk to the big beach in about 5 minutes and there is free parking too. The beach has strong waves and in the summer months it has lifeguards. It has some palapas and near the public entrance there is a kiosk with sweets, ice cream etc.
