The Sand Pebble is a 3 story home located 1 block from the boardwalk / ocean and 2 short blocks from the main street in Bethany Beach built in 2019. It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. It is decorated with relaxation in mind, using teals, blues and coastal prints. The Sand Pebble will be decorated for the Winter Holiday seasons. This home is pet-free to accommodate my family members and guests with extreme allergies. The space This home is walking distance to restaurants, shops, mini-golf, grocery store and the beach. It offers plenty of onsite parking. Search a well known website (U tube) for "118 Central Boulevard – Vacation Rental in Bethany Beach Delaware" for a walking tour of the home. Guest access This home can be rented in its entirety. It also has 2 rooms that can be rented separately as ensuites with a private entrance and no access to the rest of the house, including the kitchen, during the off season. Other things to note A 7% Bethany Beach Rental Occupancy Tax and a 2% Lessee Fee (Delaware Tax Code) make up the 9% tax collected with your reservation fee. Airbnb will also be collecting the new (2025) 4.5% Delaware Accommodations Tax as a separate line item. The base nightly price is for up to 6 guests. Each guest over 6 is an additional $35 per person per night. The home sleeps 10 plus a queen size sofa bed in the sun room.
