Tucked Away with Easy Access to Boquete and David

Our home in a quiet and secluded area away from the hustle and bustle of Boquete (can be cold) and David (very hot and humid) but 30 minutes to either. We have hot water throughout the house (not always the case in Panama). You have easy access to Volcan via a scenic road, La Barqueta Beach and the Las Lajas are about an hour away. These are popular day trips but then returning back to the beautiful climate and peaceful surroundings of Potrerillos. The space There is an A/C in the downstairs bedroom, although it's unlikely you will need it since the temperature remains very comfortable year round here in Potrerillos Arriba. There are also ceiling fans in every room. We offer Wifi, hot water, a smart TVs in the livingroom and in the loft a TV with PlayStation 4 (just bring your own games or log into your account) and much more included. The kitchen also has all you will need to make yourself at home. We have a blender, rice cooker, instapot, slow cooker, dishes, variety of pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, toaster, and more. You will be left for 4 gas tanks for the water, dryer, stove, and grill. If you stay less than 7 days we would reimburse you for the tank exchange. Any stays over 7 days you would be responsible for replacing any empty tanks which run about $5/$6. We have an indoor washer and dryer (a dryer is a must during the rainy season). All the water in the house is filtered and the drinking water is filtered 3 times so it's completely safe to drink. Out back you will have a nice covered eating area to enjoy the outdoors. There is a gas grill for your convenience and an outside sink as well as a workspace for cooking or use as additional seating space. There are chickens (no roosters to keep you awake) that should be laying eggs and you'll have access to fresh eggs every day. There is a covered parking area to make getting into the house easy during rainy season. For longer stays if you're interested in a cleaning service just let me know and we can make affordable arrangements for you. There is a battery backup for internet so you will not loose internet for several hours if power goes out. There is a water reserve (not for drinking) as well as a 5 gallon jug of drinkable water are provided in the event the water goes out. Remember that you are in Panama and from time to time no matter where you might be staying blackouts or loss of water could happen. ********Please note that if the dates aren't open and you'd like to stay for a week or more or extend your stay, contact me and I could possibly make arrangements for it to be available to you.********* Guest access You will have access to the entire house minus a couple of locked cabinets. Other things to note You are provided with 4 gas tanks, if they run out during your stay and your stay is more than 7 days then you are responsible to pay to have them refilled. It costs less than $6 to get a refill.
