Tucked Away with Easy Access to Boquete and David

Our house is located in a quiet and private area. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Boquete (where it is cold) and David (very humid and hot) but it is 30 minutes to both. We have hot water throughout the house (it is not customary for all houses). Easy access to Volcan via a scenic route. Barqueta Beach and Las Lajas are about an hour from the house. They are popular destinations that you can see in a day and then return home where you have perfect weather and tranquility. The space There is air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom, although it is not very likely that you will need it since the temperature is very pleasant. There are also ceiling fans throughout the rooms. We have Wi-Fi, hot water, a smart TV in the living room and a regular TV with Playstation in the loft (you have to bring your games or log into your own Playstation account) and much more. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. There is a blender, pans, pots, rice cooker, electric pressure cooker, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, toaster, and more. You will have 4 gas tanks for the stove, BBQ, dryer and water. If you stay less than 7 days we are responsible for the expenses. If you stay 7 days or more then you would be responsible for the cost which would be less than $6 per tank. There is also a washer and dryer (essential during rainy weather). All the water in the house is filtered and the drinking water has been filtered 3 times. The backyard has a roofed terrace to enjoy the outdoors. There is a barbecue to use and also a sink and table with chairs. There are hens (no roosters to wake you up) that must be laying and giving you fresh eggs every day. The car parking has a roof so you can enter the house without getting wet. That's a must for the rainy months. If you want someone to come weekly to clean the house, we can make arrangements for that for an additional price. There is a power backup battery for the internet that keeps the internet active for a few hours if the power goes out. Also available is a 5-gallon jug of drinking water and a water tank from which you can draw to clean or bathe that is for use in the event that the water goes out. There is always the possibility that the water or electricity will go out wherever you are staying. *********If the desired dates are not available and you are interested in staying a week or more, you can contact me and it is possible that I can make an arrangement to make it available.*********** Guest access You have access to everything except a few cabinets that have a key. Other things to note You will have 4 gas tanks when you arrive but if they run out it would be your responsibility to pay for a refill if your visit is 7 days or less. It costs less than $6 to change the tank.
